• No endorsement. Display of a listing, seller, or marketplace content does not imply endorsement.
• Changes and removals. Third-party sources can change, restrict access, remove content, or alter their data at any time.

We do not claim ownership of third-party content displayed through the site. Such content remains the property of its respective owners.

Poke Sealed Index is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that data, pricing, charts, liquidity scores, deal flags, or any other output is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Market data can reflect outliers, best-offer outcomes, shipping differences, miscategorized listings, and other factors.

Poke Sealed Index provides informational tools for tracking trading-card market activity. Nothing on Poke Sealed Index constitutes financial advice, investment advice, appraisal services, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

• Our content. The site’s software, design, text, and original analytics outputs are owned by us or our licensors.
• Third-party marks. Pokémon and related names, characters, marks, and imagery are trademarks or intellectual property of their respective owners. Poke Sealed Index is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or PSA.
• Third-party listings. Listing photos, titles, and seller-provided text generally belong to the listing’s creator or platform.

You may share links to Poke Sealed Index pages. If you want to republish datasets, bulk export, or integrate via an API, contact us for licensing.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Poke Sealed Index, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the site, engaged in unauthorized automated access, or created legal, operational, or reputational risk.
